At Business Directory, we aim to deliver accurate, high-quality business data and reliable digital services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for paid features, premium listings, or subscription-based services on our platform.

1. General Refund Policy

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

a. Service Inaccessibility:
If you purchase a paid listing or subscription and the service is not activated or accessible due to a technical error on our end, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction date.

b. Duplicate Payment:
If a payment is processed more than once for the same service, a full refund for the duplicate charge will be issued after verification.

c. Technical Issues:
If system-related issues prevent proper delivery of your purchased service and cannot be resolved within 5 business days, you are eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Verified business listings that have already been published or indexed.

  • API or data access services once the data has been delivered or downloaded.

  • Subscription fees for ongoing plans after renewal or mid-cycle cancellation.

  • Promotional or discounted services explicitly marked as non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • The support team will review your case within 3–5 business days and may request additional information for verification.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Discretion and Exceptions

All refund approvals are subject to review by the Business Directory billing department. Refunds are granted only when valid grounds under this policy are met. Requests based on user error, data dissatisfaction, or lack of usage do not qualify for refunds.

Business Directory reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
